1️⃣ Terms of Use Agreement

📝 “I confirm that I have cleared all samples used in my music, including master and composition rights. I understand that I am solely responsible for any copyright claims related to my content. L❤️VE THE HUSTLE™ – THE PLUG™ 🔌is a distribution infrastructure and does not assume liability for unlicensed material.”

🕓 Timestamped and archived with each submission


2️⃣ Submission Archive

📦 Every release submitted through LOVE THE HUSTLE™ – THE PLUG™ is archived with:

  • 🖊️ Signed agreement

  • 📅 Date and time of submission

  • 🎵 Uploaded files (audio, artwork, metadata)

  • 💽 Formats deployed (🌐 Digital, 🔌 USB, 💿 CD, 🎶 Vinyl, etc.)


3️⃣ No Sample Clearance Guidance

🚫 LOVE THE HUSTLE™ – THE PLUG™ does not provide:

  • ❌ Sample licensing advice

  • ❌ Public domain or royalty-free sources

  • ❌ Education on master vs. composition rights

⚠️ Artists are fully responsible for clearing all samples before submission.

⚖️ The platform does not offer legal services or clearance support.


4️⃣ Encrypted Format Option (Optional)

🧊 If sample clearance is pending, artists may request:

  • 🔐 A virtual encrypted format with password protection

  • 🧪 Vault-secured preview (no public access)

  • 🕓 Time-limited access for private review
