The Hustlers Alliance

“You move with us, you’re stamped.

Doesn’t matter the role—composer, rapper, actor, operator.”

👑 Legacy Hustler

El Jefe (Puerto Rock®) — sole architect, distributor, and operator. Controls infrastructure: storefronts, drops, domains, distribution. Motto: No middlemen. No outsiders. Just legacy.

👑 Queen Hustler

Roze (Roseline™), also known as the Queen Hustler and La Madrina, is the Vice President of Love The Hustle® and Puerto Rock®. As a silent owner and matriarchal force behind the brands, she has played a vital role in their foundation, growth, and long-term vision.

Originating from Spanish Harlem, Roze was among the first to take the brands directly to the people, working face-to-face with customers on the streets at 118th Street and 3rd Avenue. Six days a week, often working 12-hour shifts, she personally promoted and sold the brands, displayed merchandise, pushed shopping carts, built customer relationships, and carried out the mission largely on her own.

La Madrina (Roze, Roseline™) is a silent owner, matriarchal force, and foundational figure whose work helped establish the legitimacy of the movement from the ground up. She stitched, cooked, and sold the hustle on the street, turning determination and sacrifice into opportunity and helping transform an idea into a lasting brand.

Motto: "Every stitch, every plate, every sale fortified the empire."

Today, Roze continues to help guide the culture, values, strategic direction, and legacy of Love The Hustle® and Puerto Rock®. She is widely recognized as the backbone of the organization and a driving force behind its continued growth and success.
