Paul “Pee” Dorsey brings executive leadership and real-world security expertise to the academy. As Partner, CFO, and Director of Security Operations, he oversees financial strategy while directing high-level security programs, risk management, and protective services.

A licensed and credentialed public safety professional, Dorsey holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL), Armed Guard License, Concealed Carry License, Shotgun/Rifle License, and TWIC credential. He is a Municipal Police Training graduate and a Certified Firearms Instructor, with additional certifications in 8-hour and 16-hour Security Guard training, Anti-Terrorism, CPR, Safe Crisis Management, and Fireguard F-04. He is currently completing the 40-hour Security Guard Instructor Development Course.

Students train under a professional who combines tactical firearms and security operations experience with executive-level accountability. Dorsey’s instruction focuses on practical, legal, and operational skills that translate directly to real-world protective services, armed security, risk assessment, and professional standards.
